Founded in November of 2003 by Mark Wolynn and Carola Castillo to promote the principles of Bert Hellinger's phenomenological
family systems theory

Mark Wolynn is the Director and co-founder of the Hellinger Institute of Western PA and the co-director of The Hellinger Learning Center in NYC. He conducts workshops and trainings in family systems therapy throughout the USA, Canada, England, Latin America, and for the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Social Work's Continuing Education Program. Mark is a contributor to Messengers of Healing: The Family Constellations of Bert Hellinger, Through the Eyes of a New Generation of Practitioners, and has presented his work with self-injurers at both the first and second U.S. Conferences on Systemic Constellation Work in Portland, Oregon and in Asheville, North Carolina. He specializes in working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, fears, self-injury, panic attacks, chronic pain and other medical conditions unresponsive to conventional treatment. www.hellingerpa.com

Carola Castillo, co-founder of the Hellinger Institute of Western PA, is the Founder and Director of the Bert Hellinger Institutes of Venezuela, Ecuador and Santo Domingo. A Systemic Therapist and Family Constellation Therapist trained by the Bert Hellinger Institute of Berlin, she supervises, coordinates and facilitates workshops and training programs in Bert Hellinger's phenomenological systemic therapy in Latin America and USA. She has presented her work at the World Congress of Family Constellation Work in Mexico, Germany and The United States, demonstrating the latest approach in individual therapy and shamanism in Family Constellations.
